  3D showed up when the company we had a maintenance contract with did not. We spent $900 less than 14 days prior with the previous company. We called 3D's main number and Chris called us back promptly. Chris was their prior to his ETA. He was friendly and professional and gave us several options as to how we could proceed. We needed to replace our AC system. From the person on the phone, technician, and the installation crew, everyone was courteous, informative, and on time. We had our entire system replaced within 24 hours of our after hours and on a holiday service call.
